How it works

Three steps. One record.

Sign up, invite the other parent, and keep everything about the kids in one written thread.

  1. 1

    Create a free account

On FamilyCourtHelp.com. About a minute, no card.

  2. 2

    Invite the other parent

Send one link. They join free.

  3. 3

    Write, then export

Keep it in the thread. Export when you need it.

Messaging · Free

One thread. The same for both parents.

No deleted texts. No cropped screenshots. Every message dated and kept.

  • Unlimited, free for both parents
  • Time-stamped, tamper-evident
  • No cutoff date on history
Tone check · Optional

A second look before you send.

Flags a heated draft and offers calmer wording. Built-in suggestions follow fixed rules. Connect your own Google Gemini account for AI versions; your draft then goes to Google.

  • Opt-in and visible
  • Suggests only, never sends
  • Never rewrites on its own
Calendar · Paid plan

Exchanges and swaps, in writing.

Parenting time and holidays on one calendar. Swap requests and answers stay on record.

Dated entries, photos, documents and key contacts in one place.

Calls · Paid plan

Questions.

Do I need to download anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. You sign in on FamilyCourtHelp.com.
What if the other parent will not join?
You can still use the free guides and tools. Messaging starts when they accept your invite. It is free for them, so cost is not a reason to refuse.
Can messages be edited or deleted?
No one can quietly edit or delete the history. The thread is time-stamped and tamper-evident.
Who can see our messages?
Both parents see the same thread. You can export a copy for your attorney, and a court can order records produced. FamilyCourtHelp.com's Privacy Policy applies.

Keep it calm. Keep it on the record.

Free for both parents. Set up in a minute.
